Shipping policy

Delivery within South Africa

We ship with The Courier Guy, to your door, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery is a flat R120 per order. Orders over R1,750 ship free.

If the piece you have ordered is in stock, allow 3 to 5 working days. If we need to make it, allow 7 to 10. We run short production runs rather than holding deep stock, so some sizes are made to order. If yours is one of them, we will let you know.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Collection from the studio

You can collect your order from our studio at The Palms Centre, 145 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, at no charge. Choose studio collection at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready. Please reach out before coming so we can make sure someone is there for you.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the collection is booked. Tracking will not show any movement until the parcel has been collected from our studio, so an empty tracking page in the first day or so is normal. If something feels wrong, get in touch and we will chase it up.

International delivery

We do ship internationally, but we handle international orders case by case rather than as a standard checkout option. Email chaosandcalm.cpt@gmail.com with what you would like and where you are, and we will work out the cost and arrange it with you.

Any customs charges, import duties or taxes are included in the price we quote you (DDP). There will be nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

Damage or loss in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will help you. Where a parcel is lost or damaged by the courier we will lodge a claim with them on your behalf.
