Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chaos & Calm. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are cut and made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The Courier Guy (Domestic)

Delivery can only be made to households within 50km of each of the following areas: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Vaal Triangle, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch and Richards Bay.

The Courier Guy is charged at a flat rate of R100 nation-wide, but is restricted by size.

A tracking waybill number will be sent to you for tracking purposes.

If the order is too large to be fulfilled by Aramex store-to-door, we will be in contact with you to discuss alternate delivery methods. The costs of which will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping but are working on getting it up and running.

Damages

Chaos and Calm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will try to assist you as best we can, otherwise we will put you in contact with the delivery company to file a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chaos and Calm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
