Why the Seed of Life?

This rosette is an extract from the seed of life which is found throughout history and has been known to have a variety of meanings and depictions in numerous belief systems, none of which we wish to impose upon you. However, if you are interested, we encourage you to read up on it. We found it extremely eye-opening! 

 The main concept that seems to resonate with most people is that the seed of life is the basis for all creation. It also speaks to balance, interconnectedness and centering oneself, among others. All of which we tried to portray through Chaos & Calm. We feel that the rosette embodies our journey in creating Chaos & Calm as we often found it to be a calming and welcomed escape during chaotic times.
